I am 37 years old, a mother to three kids (6 year old girl, 5 year old boy and 7 month old boy) and I work full time in a demanding job. Since I knew this would be my last child, I really wanted to lose the weight once and for all. I had been working out at a cross fit gym for about a year before I got pregnant. While at cross fit, my weight stayed relatively the same the entire year regardless of how I often I worked out. Soon, I looked around and noticed other people’s bodies weren’t changing either. I read an article (ironically written by a cross fit coach) who had participated in Tiffany’s nutrition coaching. She said it wasn’t until working with Tiffany that she really got the body results she was after, shedding fat and revealing the tone she had been working so hard for. I called Tiffany the next day.
Though I have always considered myself healthy, I was also one to try just about any diet: Jenny Craig, juice-cleanse, low-carb, low calorie, etc. I would see results in the first few weeks and then all progress would cease. With S2, I don’t feel deprived and have never been asked to cut out any of my favorite foods. I’ve never considered myself an athlete, but after working with S2, I’ve never felt (or looked) more like one. For the first time in my adult life I am happy with my body or more importantly, I am proud of all my hard work (5:30 am classes, 5 days a week!)
My youngest was born on February 8, 2016 and I started with Tiffany on March 3. I began with nutrition-only coaching for two months and then added training with Stewart in May. It’s now been just over 6 months and I’ve lost 35 pounds, 14% Bodyfat, 16 inches and 6 dress sizes. My goal is to reach 18% body fat. Stay tuned…
