1 Flat Out Light Spinach Wrap

3/4 Cup Liquid Egg Whites, scrambled in olive oil spray

1/4 Cup cooked mushrooms (or any veggies you like)

1/2 cup mixed greens or spinach

1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar

100g berries


28g Carb

28g Protein

9g Fat
